GOODBYE TO THE CLASS OF 2022

The Year 12 Valedictory Dinner was held at  Merrimu Receptions last night. A wonderful celebration marking this significant achievement by our young members of the Lyndale Secondary school community.

Parent support is one of the secrets to the success of our school and last night it was well and truly on display in a most impressive way.

Having an event like this creates a great memory for all involved. The Year 12 Graduates were outstanding. I could not have been more proud!

I congratulate everyone who helped to organise this event and all the staff who were in attendance to support our Class of 2022.

Edrolo – 2023

Edrolo is now open for 2023!

If you are using Edrolo in your Year 11 or 12 subjects in 2023, please follow the steps below.

Steps for teachers and students to get started

1. Go to edrolo.com.au/activate/ and enter your school’s 6-digit activation code in the space provided. Your school’s unique code is rcm-evt​
2. Enter your last name and click Next
3. Select your name from the list that appears and click Next
4. Create your online Edrolo account by providing your email address and creating a password. When you are done click Create account
5. An activation link will be sent to the email address you provided. Open the email and click the activation link (if you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder)
6. Up, up and away! You have successfully created and activated your Edrolo account. Head to edrolo.com.au and click Log In to get started. Your login details are the email address and password created in Step 4 above.

STUDENTS – Compass Access issues on personal devices

Dear Students,

 We have found many instances that students cannot access Compass and many Department websites due to the VPN’s been used on the laptops. 

We recommend you to remove any VPN’s currently using on your laptops as this will cause issues with our network such as accessing many educational materials.

If you require any assistance with removing VPN’s, please come by IT and we are more than happy to help!!

2023  Start of school year Dates:

Friday 27^th January = Day 1: 1^st Curriculum Day (student free)
Monday 30^th January = Day 2: Staggered Start: Year 7 Year 11 and Year 12 students only
Tuesday 31^st January = Day 3: All students on school grounds: Year 7 – 12 Students (First Day Year 8 – 10 students)
